My name is Kim Lively. I have been a Registered Nurse for 13 years with experience in home health care, ICU, and geriatrics. I have been practicing Aesthetics for 4 years in our medical spa. I am married with 2 beautiful girls. I enjoy fitness, nutrition, horseback riding, and camping.

Laramie Burden, RN and Owner

My name is Laramie Burden. I have been a Registered Nurse for 12 years with experience in OB, home health and practicing Aesthetics for 4 years in our medical spa. I have a 14 year old handsome little boy and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking/baking and I have a passion for interior design.

Hi y’all, I’m Kamryn! I am a licensed Aesthetician. In my free time I love to be outside, playing pickle ball, going on runs, and staying active. I also love to hang out with my friends and family! Emma Baley, Laser Tech

Hi everyone, I'm Emma. I graduated from Midwestern State University and attended National Laser Institute for my Laser License in 2023. I have been eager to find the perfect fit to start my laser career and have recently joined Revamped Aesthetics. I have 2 dogs and enjoy being a part of the CrossFit community in my free time. My passion is helping others feel confident in their own skin and providing visible results.

Melanie Thompson RN

With over 15 years of nursing experience, Melanie brings compassion, skill, and a calm, confident presence to every patient she cares for. Her background spans emergency care, med-surg, and home health, giving her a deep understanding of how to support wellness from the inside out. For the past 5 years, Melanie has specialized in IV therapy — helping clients feel refreshed, rehydrated, and revitalized.
